Hot, hot, hot…. that’s all I want to say today! And yes, today is the hottest day ever in 60 years in Shanghai, record high 40 degrees.
The sky was clear, the sun was shining all day. Although I could feel the wind, it was like standing in front of a hot oven! Completely roasted!
It is even worse that so many people catch cold. Office is usually very cool because of the air conditioning. Some offices even set the temperature as low as 20 degrees. Imagine, you get out of the building where is 20 degrees and immediately into a 40 degree oven. I even got the goose bumps when I did that.
The weather forecast said the hot weather will continue tomorrow and Shanghai will have thunderstorm on Wednesday.

Weather in this summer is OK in Shanghai. Not so many hottest days over 40 degree. Summer soon be gone just in one more month. The golden season of Shanghai is approaching. Stay cool then.
