I seldom eat Lanzhou handmade noodle in Shanghai because generally Lanzhou noodle houses by street give people a dirty and mess image. Every time I wonder myself if handmade noodle I ate would crash my stomach then give up, even Lanzhou noodle is not bad at all in taste. 

However, today I popped into the Lanzhou noodle house at the corner of Dongchang Road crossing Century Avenue.   It is clean and tidy layout inside restaurant, immediately, I really want to have my noodle today.    

So having my seat, and ordering a bowl of noodle with beef soup flavor in small size, then watching the noodle chef how to make my noodle happen. He really know what he was doing.  After a few minutes, my noodle is ready. Here is mine.

So are your mouth watering? Sorry I need to eat first. Indeed it is awesome, not salty as I did before, finally I eat all with soup.

How much it cost me? 10RMB. It is higher than other noodle houses, but remeber it is tidy and clean than others also. Hope all Lanzou noodle houses in Shanghai upgrade their impression even with a higher price.
