If you finish sightseeing at Lujiazui in Pudong and would like to return to the west side of the river, I will suggest you to take Shanghai ferry from Dongchang Road Ferry Station.
You can walk along Fucheng Road from Oriental Pearl Tower or from Super Brand Mall to get to Dongchang Road Ferry Station. It is a nice walk and you will pass Hooters restaurant, Aurora Tower, Citi Tower and Tomson Riviera, the most expensive apartment in Shanghai and then arrive at Dongchang Road Ferry Station in about 15 minutes.
There are actually two docks side by side at Dongchang Road. One is air-conditioned and the other is not. Before I thought this was the only difference, but I made a mistake.

The ferry from these two docks are actually going to two different docks in Puxi (west side of the river).

The air-conditioned ferry is going to the Jinling Road Ferry Dock at Puxi (west side of the river) and costs 2RMB. (The red line on the above map)
If you are going to the Bund or East Nanjing Road, take the air-conditioned one as Jinling Road Ferry Dock is closer to the East Nanjing Road.

The non air-conditioned ferry is going to Dongmen Road Ferry Dock at Puxi and costs 0.5RMB. (The yellow line on the map)
If you are going to Shanghai old street, Yu Garden or the Fabric market, take the non air-conditioned one as Fuxing East Road Ferry Dock is a few minutes walk to there.

So make sure you take the right ferry to go to places where you want to visit!
BTW, there have ferries carrying visitors to expo park as well. Below is ticket office.
