Hi, Lissy, you can try Nanyang Road where you will find a few hand made shoe shops. My friend Penny just had her wedding shoes made there. It looks nice and costs about 700RMB for a pair of shoes and took about 2 weeks. The shops can also made the shoes according to your design.
Nanyang Road is a small street behind Plaza 66. It is very easy to get there. Metro Line 2, West Nanjing Road Station and walk to the west for about 10 minutes till Plaza 66.
There are a few hand made shoe shops in Nanyang Road. You can have a browse and talk to each shop to select one for yourself.
