When today I was trying to book my flight to Hefei next week, I found actually there is no flight available on Tuesday and Thursday from Shanghai to Hefei! This is a bit bizarre as I thought as the capital city of Anhui Province, there should be at least one flight daily from Shanghai to Hefei. Anyway, so I have to take the train to Hefei on Tuesday. Fortunately there is bullet train running between Shanghai and Hefei. Prices are 192RMB for First Class soft seat and 160RMB for Second Class soft seat. It takes about 3 hours and 30 minutes.
