- 1 bedroom apartment: 2132 RMB/month
- 2 bedroom apartment: 2516 RMB/month
- 3 bedroom apartment: 3359 RMB/month
Prices above are average rent cost in Shanghai.
Of course, the price varies by location, condition etc.
For example, a 1 bedroom apartment near Century Avenue Metro Station is about 2500RMB/month, but similar flat by Longyang Road Metro Station is about 1800RMB/month.
My friend rent a 3 bedroom apartment in Yanlord Town in Lianyang for 15000RMB/month.
