Ticket price on new huning intercity train has pumped more than 50% higher because of higher speed and shortened journey time. However, when new train schedule and price came out yesterday, I am so surprise about higher percentage increase on price but lower percentage cut on journey time. It may bring more locals to trip with D trains rather than new high speed G trains as Chinese are not so sensitive about time.

Total 1853 participants, and A is acceptable price, B expensive, and C cheaper than flights (But I doubt this option, do we have any flights between Shanghai and Nanjing?). From survey, we could see more than half believe ticket price is over their expectation.
