The news said now Shanghai Peace Hotel renovation project entered the final stage, the interior remodeling. And the whole project is scheduled to be completed before March 2010.
Shanghai Peace Hotel will become the most expensive hotel in Shanghai when it re-opens in March 2010. The average price of Shanghai Peace Hotel was 100USD per night before the renovation. When Geoff from London told me he stays in Park Hotel this time, it took me a while to figure out where the Park Hotel is in Shanghai. Finally I found Park Hotel is the hotel which in Chinese we call International Hotel.
I’ve never been to Park Hotel before although I heard so many stories about it, it used to be the tallest building Far East, Zero Center Point of Shanghai etc.
