Huhang intercity rail expected to open on October 1st Sunday, June 20th, 2010
Huhang intercity rail, a high speed rail network from Shanghai to Hangzhou, will start operation on October 1st, 2010. New rail will greatly shorten journey time from more than 60 minutes to 38 minutes between two mega-cities.
Huhang intercity rail has about 160km long covering 9 stations such as Songjiang, Jinshan, Jiaxin, Tongxiang, West Haining, and Yuhang etc.. CRH train speed on the track will be up to 350km per hour and frequent in every 3 minutes during the peak hour. Read More…
